Support Engineer
Tavus is looking for a tech-savvy Support Engineer to join their team and own the self-serve experience for their Free, Starter, and Growth tiers.
This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a big impact on how we deliver support at scale.
This role offers a great opportunity to:
- Take on a high-impact, leadership-adjacent role. This role has a clear path for growth. You’ll start by owning the self-serve funnel and quickly gain ownership of larger projects, with potential to evolve into a leadership position as the company scales.
- Work on cutting-edge tech in an innovative space. You’ll be working with AI-powered video tools that are revolutionizing the way brands engage with their customers. It’s a chance to dive into a rapidly growing field that combines tech and creativity.
- Build expertise in technical troubleshooting. With a focus on API troubleshooting, data analysis, and technical support, this role will sharpen your technical skills and provide you with deep experience in developer tools and SaaS products, preparing you for future roles in product or engineering.
The Ideal Candidate
- Advanced SQL for data analysis
- Strong troubleshooting skills (API, developer tools)
- Comfortable navigating codebases (React, Python, JS)
- Experience with AI tools
- Ability to scale support through automation
- Ideally based in the Bay Area
