Product Support Specialist
Join Amplemarket as a Product Support Specialist and become a key member of their Customer Team. This is a fully remote position and candidates can be located anywhere in North and South America.

The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years of B2B customer support experience.
- Confident working with Zendesk, JIRA, Slack, and similar tools.
- Experience creating/improving product processes.
- Communicates clearly and empathetically.
