Kit is hiring a Director of Marketing to lead their go-to-market strategy and help scale their presence in the competitive creator tools space.
This role offers a unique opportunity to:
- Own the growth strategy at a pivotal stage. The Director of Marketing will drive Kit’s next phase of growth — from $50M to $75M+ ARR — by building smart, focused strategies without relying on massive budgets or large teams.
- Lead with influence and autonomy. This is a true player-coach role, balancing strategic direction with team coaching and hands-on execution. The Director will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to align marketing with business outcomes.
- Grow in a creator-focused, hybrid-growth environment. Kit operates in a fast-moving, competitive space with both product-led and sales-led growth motions. This role is ideal for a GTM leader who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly, and is passionate about supporting creators.
The Ideal Candidate
- 2+ years in a Director or Head of Marketing role.
- Successfully scaled revenue from $50M to $75M+ ARR.
- Comes from a SaaS, Creator Economy, or subscription-based business.
- Experience working across both PLG and SLG motions.
- Track record of driving self-serve expansion and building enterprise pipeline.
