Kit is looking for a Ads Sales Representative to help grow their advertising business and connect mission-aligned brands with top creators.
This role offers a unique opportunity to:
- Shape a high-growth revenue stream from the ground up. You’ll join a fast-moving team focused on building out Kit’s advertising ecosystem and play a key role in scaling brand sponsorships across newsletters and creator channels.
- Own advertiser relationships end-to-end. From prospecting to pitching, negotiating, and optimizing campaigns, you’ll manage the full sales cycle and build long-term partnerships that deliver value for brands, creators, and their audiences.
- Sell in a creator-first environment. Kit exists to help creators earn a living — and you’ll help make that possible by crafting advertising deals that are aligned, authentic, and measurable. You’ll have the freedom to test, iterate, and improve how ad sales are done.
The Ideal Candidate
- Experience in ad sales, sponsorships, or branded content (newsletters, influencer marketing, or creator platforms).
- Prev work in SaaS, media, or digital advertising.
- Confident about digital ad models like CPC, CPM, and hybrid campaigns.
- Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Thrives in early-stage, fast-paced teams.
